Is it "what you don't know won't hurt you" or "you cannot manage what you don't measure"? Well, if you're an educrat, both mesh quite nicely. They must be quite pleased that their fans at the state house are removing test requirements meaning they can to what they do, or don't do, without any transparency, without any accountability. Somehow they still get to pick our pockets.
